Brigham bridge[edit]

quote : " Brigham swing bridge, last opened in the 1960s and then replaced by a fixed structure in the 1970s, was restored to full operation"

Not clear how a fixed bridge could be restored to full operation - which is what the text appears to say. Was the bridge unsafe/derelict/replaced again etc. ?
