Dopey Inserted Clutter

Somebody has interrupted this article with a big box, with the idiotic claim "This article's Criticism or Controversy section may compromise the article's neutral point of view of the subject. Please integrate the section's contents into the article as a whole, or rewrite the material. (May 2012)" The person who inserted this box seems not to recognize that the words "Criticism or Commentary" may indicate the presence of criticism or commentary.

May we take that "Please integrate" bit of the insertion to mean "Take your transparent commentary and turn it into invisible criticism spread throughout the article"? And may we assume, since the insertion is unsigned, that it comes directly from God?
