A Conservative Councillor at Dudley Council had the whip withdrawn recently. Does this mean that there are now 36 Labour Councillors, 35 Tory Councillors, and 1 suspended independent councillor? Furthermore, does this mean the the majority outcome is also now different too? Furthermore, upon further research, after my last comment on this talk page, The full complement of councillors is 72 across the Dudley Borough. one tory/independent is suspended, but Labour have also lost a Councillor in Norton who planned to stand down this year and didn't want to continue when lockdown happened, so the council currently comprises of the following councillors:

Labour: 35 Councillors Conservative: 35 Councillors Suspended+Independent (Formerly Tory): 1 Councillor Vacant (Norton Seat): 1 Councillor Post
