We have something like 5000+ words on grade relocation, which strikes me as excessive. For example, Roff noted that the accident would continue to spur the battle for the elimination of the grade crossings and that he had spoken to Chief Tarpey about what to do about the situation is a sentence that could probably go entirely, and there are others like it.
