Title vs "mostly referring to"[edit]

The Durango article leads to the Mexico state but in the disambiguation page the first line mentions the one in Spain, and only the primary topic for Durango is the Mexico one and not Spain, despite this setup? Prodigy55 (talk) 03:17, 18 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
