Capacity[edit]

As you can see by my edit (and revert), I'm a bit confused about this stadium's capacity. Is it 16,000 or 22,000 people? 16,000 seated, but 22,000 total? Really not clear. ru.wikipedia page doesn't help. Paris1127 (talk) 20:47, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
