I can't say that the site looks all that reliable, appears to be some kind of conspiracy or alt.science site. I mean, they specifically say something about "xenosauridae" inhabiting Tabby's Star, and in another article accuse NASA of intentionally obscuring objects in Moon and Mars photographs. English is also apparently not the authors' first language, considering the vast number of grammar errors I've seen in just a few minutes of perusing the site. Also, where did *they* get the 400 ly figure? I wouldn't trust them. Huntster (t @ c) 01:16, 28 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
The Upper Scorpius association is considered to be at 145±20 parsecs. I'm not aware of any more precise published distance to either the association or this particular star. Lithopsian (talk) 09:58, 28 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
