7th earl[edit]

An editor with no previous edits changed to page to indicate that the 7th earl had died this year, but gave no source and I can find no online evidence to support this claim. On the page for the earl himself the same editor tried, but failed on technicalities, to add today's date 11 July 2011 as his death date. On the basis that it's better for WP to be slightly out of date than for it to be wrong in asserting a living person to be dead, I've reverted the change until we have any evidence to support it.
