Telugu[edit]

Please explain what criteria you use to determine the language of the Vishnukundin and Haihaya inscriptions. Please provide the text.

Radha Krishna[edit]

Please explain why you neither use nor discuss the inscriptions in the book stated below. Radha Krishna, Budaraju 1971 Early Telugu Inscriptions (Upto 1100 A.D.). Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Sahitya Akademi.

Gotram[edit]

Please could someone explain the word "gotram"? It's in the first sentence but many English-speakers will not know what it means. I found something suggesting it meant groups of families so I've put that in for now. --HJMG 07:52, 9 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

There are other words which also need explanation: for example, nandi.
