Removal of a false information

I'm requesting the removal of the following sentence found in the "Unsuccessful expansion" sub-section of the "Decline" main section.

Three of its stores were converted to Eaton's stores, and the others were permanently closed.

There are three reasons for the request.

1) The information is outright incorrect.

2) It is unsourced, and WP:CHALLENGE allows for any questionable content, devoid of reference, to be removed at any time.

3) Its removal doesn't affect the coherence of the rest paragraph, let alone the article.

But it is sourced; it's covered by the one given at the end of the section. However, this is someone's personal web page, not a reliable source. I'll leave this up in case anyone wants to find a better one or thinks it should be removed outright. –Deacon Vorbis (carbon • videos) 14:07, 21 September 2019 (UTC)
I went ahead and added the {{fact}} tag to that sentence; since it's not a BLP issue I'm not inclined to remove it immediately; however, if it remains for a few days I think it would be safe to remove it. —KuyaBriBriTalk 14:59, 23 September 2019 (UTC)
