Hi there MX, hope you are well. Just a couple of comments from me.
"Several members of the Gulf Cartel were arrested or killed during this time, while others like López Falcón sought for safe haven and relocated in the U.S with their families."
I have changed this to "Several members of the Gulf Cartel were arrested or killed during this time, while others like López Falcón sought for safe haven and relocated to the U.S with their families." (change of "in" to "to"). If they were in the U.S. before relocating, then it would be "in", but if they were in Mexico, then it would be "to". My question is - were they in Mexico or the U.S. before relocating?
Ediel was in Mexico and fled to the U.S. Thank you for clarifying.
The term "or" often means and/or in the contexts you have said "and/or", simply meaning that "and/or" can be changed to "or".
