Edward and wife less generous to his mother and sisters?[edit]
Greetings, and Merry Holidays --- I have read in YouTube comments under Lucy Worsley's "The Untold Story Of Jane Austen | Behind Closed Doors" that Edward would not help his mother and sisters financially until after his wife died, as she disliked them. Also, that the other, less wealthy, sons did not help, either. Is this all true? If so, it would be very hard to hear. Thank you, Wordreader (talk) 21:08, 20 December 2022 (UTC)
