His entry on List of people by name: Pas-Pat#Patt formerly read:

Patten, Edward, (a member of Gladys Knight and The Pips. Knight's family has several diabetic members)

I have no idea why it read that way. (It does no longer.) If you have a theory about why, you may also have an idea where to use it instead, & how.
