Hillsborough controversy[edit]

Whilst I have every sympathy for the victims of the Hillsborough disaster - and absolutely none for Pearce's views as expressed in his Sunday Times article following it - the 'Hillsborough controversy' section seems disproportionately large, especially since it doesn't include any response from him to the total debunking of the ill-informed insults he had written. The absence of any discoverable attempt at responding to the debunking matches the absence of any discoverable evidence of any attempt on his part to retract and apologise for his comments. Does absence of positive evidence equate to negative evidence? In this case I believe so. Limhey (talk) 17:40, 4 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
