Split[edit]

Much of this Article could be split out. eg. ==The Developmentalist Tradition== & ==Critical Exploration== could both easily stand up for themselves as Articles, and reduce the clutter of this page (and the warning generated on the Edit page). If I knew more about the field I would attempt it, but from the edit history I can see that there are several editors that are a lot more comfortable with the topic. Just a suggestion. Critical Exploration Split[edit]

This is a great entry - kudos to all who have worked on it. I agree with the above idea of splitting the Critical Exploration section into its own article. Though critical exploration is the product of the work of such people as Duckworth, Piaget and Inhelder, it is not subordinate to any one of their biographies. It stands on its own as a methodology, independent of an individual's story, and so it seems it should stand on its own as an article. S12B3 (talk) 17:47, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request
