How is Heysen metropolitan?[edit]

I've changed to outer metropolitan. I changed Finniss from metro to outer metro too but even that is a stretch for Finniss. Where is it sourced from? Timeshift (talk) 02:56, 15 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
