Untitled[edit]

Names here need to be connected to articles or future articles and also recognizable from history books. Now every political historian will know about H.E. King, WH Walsh or RB Sheridan BB Moreton, because that is how these people appear in books. Nobody recognizes HE King as Henry King, but he is easily recognized with his full name. Furthermore - Henry King is so common as not to be a name at all, his mid name - which we will have to use anyway when we give him the article which is certainly needed in his case - Henry Edward King is recognizable and the only useful version. Shortenings like Henry King or Richard Sheridan, not to mention William Walsh i unrecognisable. I confess I cant see the necessity for shortinging or removing peoplese mid names when there is sufficient space as here. ---helsned 9 Mar 2010 —Preceding unsigned comment added by Helsned (talkcontribs) 14:09, 8 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Show me a source that says he's better known by his full name and I'll leave it. Just because Henry Edward King distinguishes him from other Henry Kings doesn't mean he was known by the name, and even if the article is under that name, that's what disambiguation is for. We certainly do not show titles such as Earl of Ducie in these lists, especially not when they're future titles. Frickeg (talk) 21:04, 8 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
