Etsa, a trust?[edit]

I remember being told that because etsa was a trust it could not legally be sold, thus a lease was enacted to bypass laws regarding trusts. I do not know this for fact, and is a suggestion as how this article can be expanded further --Tspshilt 13:05, 30 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

As far as I know it is on a 199 year lease. Its effectively 'sold'. michael talk 13:21, 30 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I believe the situation is similar to airports which have been privatised.--cj | talk 13:26, 30 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
In any case, the article should be corrected. This link may help: http://www.abc.net.au/7.30/stories/s27853.htm Rocksong 23:55, 30 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
