The chancery of the Philippine embassy in Paris

... that due to a lack of funds, the Philippine embassy in Paris (chancery pictured) regularly had a flooded basement? Pass —article is new enough and problem-free, with all lines cited with reputable sources, neutral, proficiently written, and Earwig's Copyvio Detector says it is free of pesky copyright violations; I think the prose could be expanded, but otherwise passable. QPQ done. Hook image is free. - LunaEatsTuna, for future reference, please only use the icon Codes in the table just above the editing window; for the tick, it should be {{subst:DYKtick}}.
