Clarity on statement of Jenny Marcroft[edit]

Kia ora,

The article, under the Proposed Referendum section, has the following: "Jenny Marcroft had sponsored the referendum on the grounds that abortion "directly affected the fabric of society" and that "temporarily empowered politicians... alone should not decide on the bill." [emphasis added]

Is this a misquote, should it not be euthanasia?

"Comparison with other jurisdictions" section[edit]

This section was added by @Fay48: in these edits. It collates information from different sources without offering supporting evidence that these comparisons are due.
