Complaint[edit]

This entry is grossly outdated and misleading. Enterprise Campaign Management is not channel specific. It is used for all sorts of marketing campaigns, from email to social media to direct mail...pretty much anything involving segmentable data. It is agnostic as to the method of customer communication.
