Untitled[edit]

I ran into further details on the battleships Grossi believed to sunk and wanted add this information without going into too much details as this topic is more of a biography on him. I used forums as reference. I still think his other WWII involvements and life after the war should be covered.

Italian naval researchers[edit]

Italian Naval researchers carefully researched Grossi's claims and came to conclusions how the failed attacks might have occurred and left Grossi in the belief that he successfully attacked and sank the major battleships.

Is this supposed to be some kind of half-arsed attempt to salvage Grossi's claims as honest mistakes? Can we get a citation please? I mean the guy claimed to have identified his targets by means of features which, at the time he attacked, existed only in the pages of his ship-recognition manual – they had been removed in later refits. He was a complete fraud. TiC (talk) 23:05, 28 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
