– Similar to the recent move for Olympics articles, Talk:Equestrian events at the Summer Olympics#Requested_move_30_December_2023 (moved from "Equestrian at..." to "Equestrian events at..."). In ordinary usage, equestrian is either an adjective or, when used as a noun, means a rider and not events, sports, or equestrianism. See Cambridge, OED, Collins, Merriam-Webster, dictionary.com. To avoid making this RM longer than it already is, I've included parent articles and only the most recent or upcoming years, but the same reasons would apply to all years.
