Birthname[edit]

Lively's father Ernie Lively was born Ernest Brown, which was later changed to Lively, but I don't know exactly when. However, as Eric's younger sister, Blake was born as Blake Ellender Brown per California birth records, later changed to Lively, then Eric as Blake's elder sibling must have been born with the surname Brown as well.
