The article is way too POV; the first sentence says it all. Needs work.--Bjeversole 06:41, 16 January 2006 (UTC)

You are a little overzealous, since it wasn't "way too POV" merely a little in places with the mentions of comparisons to Kaufman. I've attempted to clean it up and fix the POV issue as best as I can. It could use a picture and maybe a bit more info though. The same goes for the Tim Heidecker article as well. 63.233.87.123 00:58, 10 February 2006 (UTC)
I have to agree with Bjeversole, which I why I edited the article. Also found sources to back up the "Fact" section, then incorporated them into the article. Konczewski 18:36, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

Onion? Wh-?

From the article:

His headshot has also been featured in articles in the satirical newspaper The Onion.

Does anyone have any more on this? Any links to said articles? --(agnamaracs) 02:25, 16 April 2007 (UTC)

Here it is! New Gas Bill Designed By Some Kind Of Freaking Maniac - JUNE 8, 2005 - ISSUE 41•23 [1] I assumed he was a writer at some point. thealexfish (talk) 10:44, 24 October 2009 (UTC)

Jewish

is he jewish? sounds like a jewish name? and what about Tim?

Music Videos

Did he direct Dance Floor Dale? http://www.dancefloordale.com/ (somewhat NSFW) - the note says "WARP AND ERIC WAREHEIM (TIM AND ERIC) WOULD LIKE TO URGE YOU THAT IT'S PROBABLY NOT SAFE FOR WORK - DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU WORK OF COURSE." JoshuaSchachter (talk) 20:22, 1 March 2009 (UTC)

It's definitely directed by him. From the site "Directed by Eric Wareheim (Tim & Eric) in association with Warp Records and Warp Films." I added it. Feel free to change the wording if you see fit. Stungif (talk) 13:58, 3 June 2009 (UTC)

Wait..

His middle name is Shakespeare? That doesn't sound right. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.176.74.145 (talk) 05:30, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

Suggest merging this article with Tim Heidecker

To create a Tim & Eric article. I'd like start adding more to these articles, but as it is it seems like there's a lot of overlapping relevant information. Giving each their own article seems redundant to me. Goodbye Galaxy (talk) 15:05, 16 February 2010 (UTC)

Extreme overuse of "Wareheim"

Almost every line in this article starts with the name "Wareheim", or "Wareheim and Heidecker." It reads like shit. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.58.168.83 (talkcontribs) 05:17, 8 June 2010

So fix it. - SummerPhD (talk) 13:25, 8 June 2010 (UTC)

More/better organization

There should be more subheadings besides "biography" (which is redundant since this is a biography page). I think a separate section should be dedicated to Awesome Show in particular, since that's probably what he's best known for and it's hardly mentioned at all here. Even though the show has its own page, its significance to his career is not communicated through this article as is. I also feel the paragraph about music videos doesn't need to be so extensive, since it's basically a list and the complete list has its own section. Any thoughts?
