Fair use rationale for Image:S75863.jpg[edit]

Image:S75863.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Title (and lyric)[edit]

Is it not "He drove the fastest milk-cart in the West"? He was not, himself, the fastest milkman, just his milk-cart was (which, was drawn by a horse called Trigger).

I think we can treat the milk-cart and the milkman as a single entity. There is not a separate driver in this commercial operation, only the milkman who also drives the cart. Even if Ernie has mobility issues which prevent him from walking quickly from house to house, the speed of his journeys in the cart still make him the fastest. 86.181.130.168 (talk) 11:22, 5 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Film location[edit]

The article says: "A promotional film, starring Hill as Ernie, Henry McGee as Ted, and Jan Butlin as Sue, was filmed in Vicarage Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire.[citation needed]" McGee and Butlin are credited by IMDb here but also here and here. I have not been able to find any good source for the location claim. But it is quite obvious if one compares the film with Google Street View of Vicarage Road in Maidenhead. The distinctive half-timbering of the houses at the east end of the street may be seen at the start of the film. And "No 22 Lily Lane" can easily be recognised as 30 Vicarage Road when comparing the film at 2:12 with Street View here. But this is WP:OR, so the claim that has been tagged since February 2022 might have to be removed. 86.181.130.168 (talk) 09:02, 5 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
