I do not think that there should be a section about a single instance of crime that takes up half of the article. If anything, I believe the attack should be summarized in one sentence and if people are interested that can follow the reference. Ideally, this one sentence should be part of a section on crime, in general, in Esmeraldas.PGScooter (talk) 16:25, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
