Product quality[edit]

Dear Essity/Tempo, I’m Marcus, I live in Hong Kong and have used Tempo for years here. I suffer from acute sinus concerns so use tissue often, unfortunately. To this point, I know your products very well. My last purchase of your toilet tissue was big surprise as it was less the product quality I am used to and expect. No smell; smaller squares; 3 ply; thinner paper; rougher feel; even the cardboard tube was different. There is a HK phone number 852.2722.6844. If this is actually your product and not a fake one, I am sorry for the down grade. However, if it is not yours I would like to inform you someone may be copying it, badly. This is not a joke. I’m a real person with a business of my own. This is the only contact I have found to reach you, someone. Should someone wish to reply please do so at AnaMarWed@gmail.com What I find interesting is that it seems your company started the same day as my birth, June 15.
