Why isn't Iris Love's name mentioned on this page?[edit]

According to the Wikipedia article on Iris Love, it was she who discovered that the sculptures were forgeries. She notified the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City of the date of publication in a reputable academic journal. ONE DAY before that edition of the journal was published, the Metropolitan Museum of Art announced that the sculptures were forgeries, and in its announcement there was not a word about Iris Love's work. We can't prevent the Metropolitan Museum of Art from doing what they do, but we don't have to let them do it in Wikipedia's pages. This article needs to be rewritten to include the fact that Iris Love's article was going to be a huge embarrassment to the Metropolitan, and that the Metropolitan acted to minimize the embarrassment, and that the Metropolitan wouldn't have let out a peep had not Iris Love's upcoming article forced them to do so.2600:1700:6759:B000:1C64:8308:33BC:E2D6 (talk) 07:08, 31 December 2023 (UTC)Christopher Lawrence Simpson[reply]
