Quote on Evangelism and the Church[edit]

  • "Evangelization is in fact the grace and vocation proper to the Church, her deepest identity. She exists in order to evangelize, that is to say in order to preach and teach, to be the channel of the gift of grace, to reconcile sinners with God, and to perpetuate Christ’s sacrifice in the Mass, which is the memorial of his death and glorious Resurrection." (EN §14)
    • As quoted in S.J., Avery Cardinal Dulles,. Church and Society: The Laurence J. McGinley Lectures, 1988-2007 (p. 89). Fordham University Press. Kindle Edition.

make a change in each one's own life as a new life in Christ[edit]

This is not English and needs to be recast so as to make sense. In particular the "each one's" needs to be clarified. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:C7D:597B:7400:B918:B23F:9EC9:DCEE (talk) 16:12, 8 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
