Renaming[edit]

Why doesn't it say anything about its renaming from Evenki National Okrug to Evenki Autonomous Okrug in the history of the territory? (Эвенкийский национальный Округ (original Russian name) to Эвенкийский Автономный Округ, both respectively.)
