Legal issue[edit]

There is no such expressway in any polish government plans nor it exists in any parts. This article and also entries about it in expressways of Poland should be removed. --83.242.88.168 (talk) 14:02, 21 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Negative — Polish government has updated plans related to the motorways & express roads list, including extension of S5 and confirming route of S16 (Olsztyn – Ełk).
