Requested move[edit]

The following discussion is an archived discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.

The result of the move request was: no consensus. A consensus might have been possible if editors had looked for and shared evidence of common usage per WP:COMMONNAME, rather than relying on individual instances of usage which support their point or on their own original research into album covers. -- BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 12:52, 21 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

– Both albums simply have "F" as title on the cover. In ictu oculi (talk) 09:25, 9 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support per nom, the two current titles should point to f (disambiguation) -- 70.24.244.161 (talk) 07:26, 10 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. The Kinki Kids album is listed as "F Album" by Allmusic and Billboard and there are no other articles of that title. F Album is effective natural disambiguation if it's ever called just "F" at all. Moving the Masaharu Fukuyama album may be all right if it can be shown the Kinki Kids album is also known as "F".--Cúchullain t/c 23:15, 10 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. The "Album" in the Kinki Kids title is an integral part of the title. Dekimasuよ! 07:36, 12 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
