Correct capitalisation of title?[edit]

If we are taking our cues from the album-cover typography, then shouldn't Is be lowercase? And shouldn't the name of the group be shown as fair to midland? I don't think the artistic rendering of text for an album cover is a sound basis for judging what is "correct," and I think the article should be moved back to the previous title, Fables from a Mayfly: What I Tell You Three Times Is True, unless there is some compelling reason to keep it here. --ShelfSkewed Talk 12:56, 9 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Fables.jpg[edit]

Image:Fables.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

About the origin of the title[edit]

"What I Tell You Three Times Is True" is very probably a reference to The Hunting of the Snark: "Just the place for a Snark! I have said it thrice: What I tell you three times is true.", especially since the Wiki article of the band states that "Darroh Sudderth is a fan of dark, antiquated children's stories". Maybe this should be mentioned somewhere in this article.
