Emile Levit's wife[edit]

There is contradictory information about Emile Levit's wife:

  • article This article states that his wife was not Jewish: "Emile Levita, who was brought up in a family of Sephardic Jews. Married to a non-Jew..."
  • The article had said: "His wife, Cameron's great-great grandmother, was a descendant of the wealthy Danish Jewish Rée family, whose ancestors originated from Altona, Hamburg, Germany and Głogów, Poland."
  • This information is based upon unreliable genealogy sources Slægt 140, Slægt 683, [1]
  • It's unclear what of the data the following sources refer to: <ref>Fischer, Joseph ''Hartvig Philip Rée og hans slægt''; udg. paa foranledning af Eduard Rée, Copenhagen, 1912, pp. 47, 56, 59, 61, 62, 64</ref><ref>''The Legal Observer, or, Journal of Jurisprudence''; Volume 12 (1837?), p. 534</ref>
  • There's a book that provides this information, but on page 576 the source is ancestry.com

Because the information is contraditory, the information has been moved here to see if someone has information about what is the truth and has good reliable sources for this.--CaroleHenson (talk) 16:15, 14 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Anthony Powell, etc.[edit]

I'm finding sources that Anthony Powell was related to Ferdinand Mount - but I'm not finding a source that says that Anthony Powell was a cousin of David Cameron.--CaroleHenson (talk) 17:32, 14 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I am not finding a source for a relation to The Hon. Artemis Cooper and Allegra Huston.--CaroleHenson (talk) 18:04, 14 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I also did not find a source for: Cary Elwes, Damian Elwes and Cassian Elwes are his fourth cousins.<ref>{{cite web|author=Will Johnson |url=http://knol.google.com/k/will-johnson/david-cameron-british-prime-minster/4hmquk6fx4gu/498# |title=David Cameron, British Prime Minster – a knol by Will Johnson |publisher=Google|work=Knol|date=13 May 2010|accessdate=4 June 2010}}[dead link]</ref>--CaroleHenson (talk) 19:55, 15 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Captain John Geddes[edit]

Cameron has spoken of his great-great uncle, Captain John Geddes, of the 16th Battalion Canadian Scottish, who was killed in battle during World War I. I think we should mention him somewhere, either in this or the main David Cameron article. Any thoughts? Paul MacDermott (talk) 18:23, 15 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

John Geddes is also mentioned here as being the brother-in-law of Cameron's grandfather. Paul MacDermott (talk) 18:46, 15 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Ian Cameron and the Panama Papers[edit]

His name has come up and wondering who will add a section regarding? Shall I?--Wikipietime (talk) 23:00, 7 April 2016 (UTC)--Wikipietime (talk) 23:00, 7 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
