Potential COI[edit]

A team of (unpaid) volunteers for the Harry Potter Alliance will be working on revising this article. I am so far the most experienced wikipedia editor (on and off for years on old, forgotten accounts) among the team, so I will be focusing on making sure the article adheres to wikipedia guidelines and places the aims of wikipedia first. That said, it would be great if an non-affiliated/neutral editor might help monitor and provide guidance, as much of our team has very little experience on wikipedia. And, who knows, maybe they'll have so much fun with this that they'll join the community and contribute on other articles, too! That's my hope, at least. Name change, external links[edit]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fandom_Forward#2016%E2%80%932018 has a lot of external links. These should not appear in the article body. It's possible some of them such as the Protego archive should appear in "External Links".

It seems slightly surprising that the name change in 2019 makes no mention of the original motivation for the change, ie, Rowling's remarks about trans people. Before I go cite-hunting, anyone got anything to hand? Pinkbeast (talk) 16:05, 29 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
