Please expand not contract[edit]

When I first started this article, I had classified all the clans under different heading, hoping each clan would add to it. Instead, I see many clans disappeared and the formatting gone. Please dont do this Hassanfarooqi (talk) 18:06, 11 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Such a request often reflects misunderstanding of WP; I shan't try to summarize WP:NOT, nor bother looking up the probably relevant section of it, since all needing to be referred to it will usually profit from reading widely in it.

Farooqi vs Farrukhi[edit]

Farooqi was never adopted by Zoroastrians as their family name. Their family names are Farrukhi or Farroki after the Persian Farrukh. Some Farooqies also spell their name Faruki which may have caused this confusion.Hassanfarooqi (talk) 17:07, 5 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
