This article uses "We" as if it applies to all cultures, which it surely does not. I think that should be changed, but I don't know what template to use to tag it.207.200.169.8 (talk) 15:28, 12 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Subjective style[edit]

Apart from the aforementioned "we" (which I object to, since most people I know pay little or no attention to fashion at all, except insofar as they despise it and all its works), phrases like "cross the line from the sublime to the ridiculous" followed by "have crossed this line" are surely far too subjective for a Wikipedia article. Whoever wrote this seems to have presented his or her own particular thoughts on the subject as though they were objective truth.213.127.210.95 (talk) 18:01, 16 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
