Been meaning to do this for a while, since I live in the Loft Historic District North and have been fascinated by the history of B'more's garment industry for a while.

This first pass is sourced only to online sources, since I'm moving (out of the district, woe) and therefore all of my dead tree sources are packed. Because there aren't a lot of online sources for the Baltimore garment district history (they're all print or video), the stub goes into proportionally too much detail on the location and not enough on the company -- I'll fix that as soon as we unpack and I can find the sources.

Will also be adding photos of the side of the building, which has the factory's help-wanted ads and the company logos painted on.

...or not, since I can't find the photos we have of the side of the building. Time to take more before we move! Instead, we get a pic of a 1926 advertising calendar and a pic of the back of the building, which shows the company name. --rahaeli (talk) 19:23, 17 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
