Fisherman's pie, ocean pie, etc.[edit]

There are a number of names for dishes of fish with a mashed potato topping:

fisherman's pie (redirects here)
ocean pie (redirects to an album by Shed Seven)
admiral's pie (redirects here)
mariner's pie (no such page)

We ought to be able to find some information on these names (and any others I may have missed) and how the definitions differ, and write something about it here. Searches for "difference between fisherman's pie and ocean pie" and similar phrases don't seem to give any definitive answers at least in the first page of results.
