- I have bought a flan which is similar to a quiche which was advertised as a "spinach and goat's cheese flamme" but I see that it is more usual to call this flambe or flammkueche, as in cooking from Alsace. ACEOREVIVED (talk) 20:28, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
