Um, "vikings"? Not to put too fine a point on it, but the *Norwegian* article on Flatbrød states that there's no sources for it predating 1519, and that it's use probably started with the switch from hand powered crushing and grinding of grain between millstones over to water powered mills. While it's of course possible that the Vikings made these things I'd love to see some source for such a claim... Ps. As this was a stable food here during the middle ages shouldn't it receive the same importance level as other stable foods? Luredreier (talk) 10:45, 12 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
