I think the whole article is clear, but it's written like a technical paper, using the expression "we...". I would suggest rewriting using a neutral tone, especially in the Conclusions section, that really looks like copied and pasted from a paper.

In the Applications section, the hacker example is pretty poor. If a hacker is performing eavesdropping, he has got the whole transmitted stream; to recover the video information is just a matter of understanding which of the packets is belonging to which stream (not hard, thanks to headers...) and then putting them together. While I see quite a lot of use of "I" in this article, as can be expected given its subject matter, it's most certainly not being used as a personal pronoun. Must be a false positive (bot-flagged?). Going to remove from banner. Actually I'm just going to remove the banner altogether, since it appears both issues have long been fixed:
