Plural of flumen[edit]

Ian Ridpath A Dictionary of Astronomy 2012 p168 "Flumina are distinguished from fissures in that they have a river-like morphology and are presumed to have carried fluids. Flumen is not a geological term, and no feature has yet been officially assigned this designation." In ictu oculi (talk) 20:30, 9 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

FluminaFlumina (album) – The flumina (rivers) of liquid methane and ethane on Saturn's moon Titan; Vid Flumina and Elivagar Flumina are not super notable, but more notable in astronomy GBooks than this very obscure album. The plural flumina should probably redirect to the singular flumen as a dab page. Or delete. In ictu oculi (talk) 20:41, 9 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Weak support the liquid gets 34 views compared with 32[[1]] for the album. The liquid seems to sometimes be countable and probably has more long-term significance. Crouch, Swale (talk) 22:22, 9 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
