Promotional tone, euphemisms, etc. per WP:WORDSTOWATCH[edit]

I have cleaned up some of the excessive detail, promotional tone, euphemisms and other "words to watch" per the MOS guideline WP:WORDSTOWATCH. I have not yet gone thru the article sourcing to check the accuracy per sources. An immediate observation was that the bulk of the article is based on an article in the Carmel Pine Cone, a hyper-local source. Netherzone (talk) 17:40, 29 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
