Publisher details[edit]

I've removed the details of the publisher for each of the books, just leaving the year of publication, on the grounds that the books are published by different publishers in different countries, and that it doesn't add to the article. Should someone be interested in finding out that information, it's easy enough to obtain from the pages on the books themselves. me_and 11:11, 11 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
