The statement that Hibben produced fraudulent work needs citation. Perhaps this refs from the Wik Los Lunas Decalogue article fill the bill, but I don't have access to these cited materials: ^ The Mystery of Sandia Cave, New Yorker, 71(16):66-83. ^ A Chronological Problem Presented by Sandia Cave, New Mexico. Professor[edit]
Hibben was actually a professor, not an instructor, although he might have been an instructor for a short time as a graduate student. Both these terms have specific and different meanings in US academia and accordingly I changed the term to more accurately fit with his academic rank during the vast majority of his time at UNM.
