reference needed[edit]

The BMW Group Archive has a labeled photo identifying the aircraft as a DFW- F 37/III ("C-IV"). I found it by going to http://www.bmw-grouparchives.com/ and searching for Franz Zeno Diemer. I am new to contributing so I need to ask, cannot that label be used as a reliable source, even without using the photo? [1]

I will mention, too, that I have original copies of most, if not all, of the photos related to this event in my personal collection. Am I assuming correctly that I can grant use of my own copies even while BMW controls the use of its copies? BluecreekMontana (talk) 17:16, 17 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Is it possible to use the German wikipedia as a supporting reference with respect to the plane Diemer flew? There, the identification of the aircraft as a DFW-F 37/III is unchallenged, relying on information from captions found on the BMW Group Archive site.BluecreekMontana (talk) 16:51, 18 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
