Minor Emancipation/Sexual Harrassment Lawsuit

There was a case filed by on behalf of then-minor Fred Savage to emancipate himself from parental control, at the same time he was allegedly having a sexual affair with the adult RN on the set of his sit-com. I think you are confusing him with another child star. I've seen plenty of sources on him and none of them says he was trying to emancipate himself from his parents. Also, he was accused of sexual harassment by a female employee on Wonder Years, but he was exonerated. That may be what you are thinking of, and it may be something to add. Anyone else agree?
