Comment: The modified suggestion still doesn't follow MOS:CT. I think the "The" should be lowercased. I also repeat my suggestion from above that notability has not been established for this topic. I suggest spending some time searching for reliable sources that discuss the topic and adding citations to them (if they exist). I don't think submitting a third move request is necessary – if you're OK with lowercase "the", just let the discussion run its course – the person who closes the discussion will presumably include the minor modification. —BarrelProof (talk) 18:43, 11 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Comment: Please see prior comments above.
